Rome, October 28, 2019 - NextChem, a Maire Tecnimont Group company, operating in energy transition, is making its debut at Ecomondo 2019, the European circular economy industrial and technological innovation fair and invites its ongoing research partners and representatives of companies (including Barilla, Eni and So.GIS), who are important players in recycling and plastics sector, to visit its stand (Hall D3, 065 ) to discuss the actual process of energy transition and circular economy through technological development.
Wednesday, November 6, from 11 am to 12:30 pm we will talk about "Oil mill effluents microalgae biomass for the nutraceutical and bio-polymer industry: the Mewlife project” with Barbara Masciocchi - NextChem, Agnese Cicci - BIOP, Francesca Pagnanelli - HTR, Marco Stoller - LABOR, Paolo Mariani - Asso.frant.oi and the Lazio Oil Mills Association. Moderated by Emanuele Bompan, director of Renewable Matter. Mediterranean brunch offered to visitors will introduce the topic for the afternoon that will be discussed from 3 pm to 4.30 pm: "Making pasta with renewable thermal energy: NextChem and Barilla present the Hiflex project". Thursday, November 7, from 11 am to 12:30 pm a meeting dedicated to "Innovation in plastic recycling: the Upcycling of MyReplast technology” joined by Valerio Coppini, NextChem - Angelo Bonsignori, IPPR, Permanent Table for Plastic Quality Recycling, Rubber-Plastic Federation, Antonello Ciotti - Corepla, Carlo Andriolo - Aliplast, Hera Group, Valeria Frittelloni - ISPRA, Ilde Gaudiello - Ministry of Environment . Moderated by Carlo Latorre, reporter for Polimerica.it. In the end, visitors will enjoy brunch offered by MyReplast Industries, a subsidiary of NextChem operating the plastic waste up-cycling plant in Bedizzole (BS). Friday, November 8, from 11 am to 12:30 pm we will talk about "Wastewater reuse and energy, water and material recovery: the STREAM project” with Barbara Morico and Federica Cantarini - NextChem, Silvano Cimini - Quality Engineering and Valentina Innocenzi, the University of L'Aquila. Moderated by Alessandro Gobbi, Editor in Chief of ICP, Chemical Industry Journal.
